Tendering process

INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L. assists in preparation of competitions for bidding, both national and international, with different proposals depending on the final customer:

Architecture Firms or Consultancies:

We are part of the team tenderer, providing every thing related to installations of the building. To this aim, we get involved in the competition, developing memories, schematics of installations and economic valuation of the work.

INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L. assumes all the costs of the competition in the case of not being rewarded. If the team wins the competition, fees agreed through a letter of commitment include work done in the contest.

Contracting companies (Projects ans works in turnkey mode):

INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L is participating in the contest of the project and work as part of the team developing sustainability and energy efficiency and the conceptual approach of facilities. Bringing their exper tise to the contest.
