Conversion of buildings Ebro 4 and 5 in the Dinamiza Business Park

INGENIERIA TORNÉ SL was awarded the tender for the "TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE INSTALLATION PROJECT FOR THE MODIFICATION OF THE RECONVERSION PROJECT OF BUILDINGS EBRO 4 AND EBRO 5 IN THE DINAMIZA BUSINESS PARK," achieving the highest technical score in competition with nationally renowned consultancies such as MASTER DE INGENIERIA Y ARQUITECTURA SAU, AYESA INGENIERIA Y ARQUITECTURA SAU, and PILAR PECO SLP.

This involves the conversion of the two buildings, EBRO 4 and EBRO 5, doubling their surface area by adding two new floors.

The project entails the comprehensive design of all necessary installations for the nearly 20,000 m2 of space that these buildings will have. The goal is to achieve open and flexible spaces for subsequent commercialization, with maximum sustainability criteria.

INGENIERIA will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team formed by Architects from the EXPO ZARAGOZA EMPRESARIAL society and Perez Benedicto Ingenieria SL, the awardee of Lot 1 for Structural Calculations. The project must be completed during the year 2019.
