INGENIERIA TORNE SL wins the competition for the drafting of the project and construction management of the air conditioning system of the INSS Provincial Directorate Headquarters building in the Balearic Islands

INGENIERIA TORNÉ has ​​been awarded the tender for the Services for the drafting of the project and management of the works to replace the air conditioning system of the headquarters building of the INSS Provincial Directorate in the Balearic Islands.

The building that is the subject of this competition is the headquarters of the INSS Provincial Directorate in the Balearic Islands. It currently has an air conditioning system based on direct expansion equipment, which uses HCFC-22 (R-22) as refrigerant, which has led to the comprehensive replacement of the current system. On the other hand, there are other operating problems, in terms of comfort and energy efficiency in the current system, which have also motivated this action.

Ingenieria Torné SL will draft the new project which will contemplate the comprehensive replacement of the current air conditioning system, providing improvements in the energy efficiency and comfort of the facility, adapting the action to keep the building in use without cessation of activity.

The building consists of 3 basements, a ground floor and 3 upper floors, with an approximate surface area of ​​approximately 5000 m2.
