Work on the EXPO Building begins

INGENIERÍA TORNÉ SL was awarded the tenders by EXPO ZARAGOZA EMPRESARIAL for the drafting of projects and construction management for the adaptation of ceilings, lighting, and diffusion systems in the Expo building located at Avd. Ranillas 101.

For the Expo office building, a complete replacement of false ceilings has been designed, along with the replacement of entire lighting and air conditioning diffusion systems. Additionally, energy independence for the air conditioning systems on each floor has been planned.

The building comprises 6 floors, housing the following services:

• Sports Federations (Basement)
• INAEM (Ground, 1st, and 2nd floors)
• Aragonese Water Institute (3rd and 4th floors)

The construction is scheduled to begin in May, with completion expected in September.

The complexity of the project, both in design and execution, lies in the need to carry out the work while the building remains operational, without interrupting its activities.
