INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L. drafts the project and oversees the construction as part of the Magen Arquitectos team.
The commission involved a comprehensive renovation of a space located in the first expansion area of Zaragoza, near Paseo Independencia, for a new office of Arquia Banca. This move from its current location inside the Architects' Association to a new central location in the city.
The premises, located on a corner at the ground level of a residential building constructed in the late 70s, consists of two floors.
The project strategy aligns with the entity's character, emphasizing both innovation and efficiency in management, as well as advisory services and customer relations.
Hence, two types of spaces are proposed: the technological and managerial space, housing workspaces and areas for quick or commercial attention, and the warm and comfortable space, corresponding to waiting or lounge areas.
