INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L. carried out the projects and oversaw the management of all installations for the 4-star Superior SANCHO ABARCA Hotel-SPA located on Coso Street in Huesca.
The new Sancho Abarca Hotel, a 'Hotel with History,' reopened its doors in the summer of 2010 after a comprehensive reconstruction of its facilities and the acquisition of new land for expansion.
Located in the city center, the hotel is integrated into archaeological remains from the Roman and Muslim eras (open to the public), where visitors can discover part of the city's history.
The project was carried out in 2008, and the construction lasted from 2009 to 2010.

The total budget for the installations amounted to approximately 2,100,000.00 Euros.
The hotel features 69 rooms, 2 lounges, a cafeteria, an industrial kitchen, a SPA area with a gym, dry sauna, steam sauna, and jacuzzi.
