INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L. is carrying out the projects for the industrial ventilation, air conditioning, steam, fire protection, and electrical, regulation, and control systems (HVAC and fire systems) at the GUD Mittelsbüren combined cycle power plant in Bremen, Germany.

The contract includes the construction management of the facilities in the form of “Project manager on site”, for which it has an Industrial Engineer with permanent and exclusive presence on site, for control and relationship with the client in the field.
Likewise, the object of the contract is the design and control of execution of the mechanical, electrical and communications installations of the HVAC and intercommunication fire systems between buildings, also creating the centralized management system to control them, including their electrical part. and communications.
The intervention covers the 10 enclosed industrial buildings that make up the power plant:
- Turbine Building
- Electrical Building
- G.M.R.S. Building (Gas)
- HRSG Building (Heat Recovery Steam Generator)
- Auxiliary Steam Boiler Building
- Air Compressor Building
- Cooling Water Building
- Feedwater Pumps Building
- Water Treatment Plant Building
- Fire Fighting Building
For each of the buildings, INGENIERIA TORNÉ has designed all HVAC and fire installations, and the construction is being monitored by an Industrial Engineer with exclusive dedication to the project.
