Urbanisation projects
INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L. carried out the installation projects and their construction management for the Boulevard Park integrated into the Parque Goya 2 urbanization, in collaboration with the architecture firm JULIAN LOPEZ GALAN Y ASOCIADOS, and with the company PROINTEC.
The main contractor was Sacyr, who subcontracted the construction of the park to a specialized company, MICROTEC AMBIENTE.
INGENIERÍA TORNÉ carried out the construction works for the Boulevard Park, which included the creation of a north square with fountains, a boulevard walkway, the roundabout with an underpass and a water wall, and the park located to the south with a large lake featuring fountains and water recirculation.
The completed installations included:

- Plumbing Installation
- Hydraulic Installation of Ornamental Fountains
- Low Voltage Installation
- Sanitary Installation
The project was completed in 2003, and approximately 3000 social housing units have been constructed in this urbanization.
