Infant and Primary Education School - Marqués de la Cadena

INGENIERÍA TORNÉ S.L. carried out the projects and oversaw the management of all installations for the new Infant and Primary Education School for the Department of Education of the Government of Aragon.
The school was built in two independent phases, with the Infant School starting in 2004, including common facilities, cafeteria, multipurpose hall, and partial completion of the courtyard with outdoor sports facilities.
Phase 2 began with the Infant School in operation, and it involved the construction of the gymnasium, the building with the primary school classrooms, and the completion of the remaining outdoor sports facilities.
The construction duration was between the years 2004-2006.
The implemented facilities were as follows:
- Heating
- Ventilation
- Low Voltage Electricity
- Natural Gas
- Telecommunications and Related Services
- Fire Protection
- Solar Thermal Energy
- Plumbing and Hot Water
- Sanitation
- Management of the Building's Environmental Activity License
The total budget for the installations across both phases was approximately 1,900,000.00 Euros.
